The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) Find a
Vet [ www.findavet.org.uk ]
service is based on the RCVS Directory of Veterinary Practices, and now
lists over 3500 member practices.
The RCVS directory enables visitors to narrow down their search for a
veterinary practice by searching for practices
with specific interests, for example, those with interests in small animals,
complementary medicine or orthopaedics.
The site also provides some useful information to members of the public
on how to choose a vet, who does what in a veterinary practice and what a
veterinary surgeon's qualifications mean.
